Designing Desire

They aren't buying land, they're buying a lifestyle. So that's what we show them.

Estimated Project Total : $78,500

04

This is an estimate based on the limited knowledge we have of the project. Exact numbers to be confirmed.

I've been a professional photographer for nearly two decades, most of which have been shooting the places people dream about living or visiting.

Some of that work has been lucky enough to end up in places like Architectural Digest, People, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Robb Report.

But here's the part that actually matters. I also have a Master's in Management from Harvard’s Extension School. I don't lead with it to sound smart at parties. I lead with it because it changed how I create. I'm not just trying to make your property look beautiful—plenty of people can do that. I'm trying to make your buyer feel something before they've consciously decided to act. That's the whole point, and it's the difference between a pretty photo and a sale.

Because the truth is: people don't buy because you justified the price. They buy because of how it made them feel. My job is making your property the thing they can't stop thinking about.
